Orecchiette "Senatore Cappelli" 500gr

The orecchiette are a type of pasta typical of the Puglia and Basilicata regions, whose shape is approximately that of small ears, from which the name derives. Their size is, on average, about 3/4 of a thumb, and is they appear as a small white dome, with the center thinner than the edge and with a rough surface. Larger ones cooked with vegetables are preferable and much smaller ones cooked with meat sauce.
